Fall Forward

We may have ‘fallen back’ in time yesterday, but there is so much to look forward to this fall and in the winter months to come. I have listed a few of the things I’m most looking forward to as the days get shorter and the  temperature continues to drop.

Happy Monday!

Chic Outerwear
This one is a given, but there’s something very appealing about a beautiful (and warm) coat to keep you toasty on a brisk day. I’m gravitating towards everything from neutrals to patterns and pretty pastel coats as well.

Pumpkin Spice Lattes
Who doesn’t love a good PSL? It’s an essential fall drink, but that doesn’t mean you need to spend a fortune to get your fix. There are a number of homemade recipes you can try, like this one from Live Simply. Just the ticket for a lazy Sunday at home.

Downhill Skiing
While we haven’t seen snow yet, it’s definitely on its way in the next month or so, which means ski season will follow shortly thereafter. I love hitting the slopes in the wintertime – it’s a great way to enjoy the outdoors in the cooler climes while getting a healthy dose of good-for-you exercise. Mont Tremblant in Québec (pictured above) is a beautiful ski destination in a quaint village – it would make for a perfect long weekend trip.
