Happy Monday! I’m not sure about you, but I’m not the type of person who can sit down for a big breakfast before heading into work – for me, ‘grab and go’ is the name of the game. However, I do enjoy making a tasty and healthy smoothie. It doesn’t take much time, especially if you’ve washed your fruits and veggies in advance, or are using the frozen variety, and offers lots of nutrients in liquid form. Here are some healthy green smoothies – packed with superfoods like avocado, kale and spinach – that I am itching to make and gulp en route to work.
