Craving: Simple, Nutrient-Packed Salads

There are definitely some weeks when I’m consuming more salads than others. When I do feel like I couldn’t possibly find another tasty yet healthy salad recipe (for instance, this past week!),  I turn to Pinterest – there are always so many delicious and nutrient-packed recipes that provide me with the inspiration to amp up my veggie intake once again.
