Craving: Avocado Everything!

Avocados: they’re a superfood that is delicious and filling to boot. Throw it in a salad, put it on toast, make guacamole – the options are endless with this versatile fruit.  Avocados are the perfect food when you feel like you need a bit of an energy boost (i.e. when you’re tired, feeling sluggish, or just have an exceptionally busy week)! Below are a few recipes incorporating avocados that I’m currently craving.
